Motion Slaymaker second Morgan to direct Attorney Greenleaf to send letter to Vantage Cable Company instructing them to bring service up to ordinance requirements, specifically: install free service to Clear Creek High School, provide accurate maps and plats of the system, install exposed lines and move equipment which is obstructing ditches and settle claim by Ted Spivey for property damage, and that all problems must be remedied within 30 days of receipt of letter or action may be taken to terminate franchise. Carried unanimously. Clerk reported fence project at sewer plant is underway with bid from D & N Fencing of $2800.00. Motion Morgan second Stoner to approve clerk-treasurer's reports. Carried unanimously. Motion Brown second Slaymaker to pay bills and accept recetips. Carried unanimously. Motion Stoner second Brown to adjourn at 8:05 p.m. Carried unanimously. [Signature] GLENN R.
