Tiffin city council met in special session on Wednesday, March 14, 1990 to conduct a public hearing on proposed budget for fiscal year ending June 30, 1990. Mayor Potter called meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Council members present were Bartels, Brown, Morgan, Slaymaker and Stoner. A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1990 was introduced by Morgan and seconded by Slaymaker. Clerk read resolution. Roll call vote: Bartels, aye; Brown, aye; Morgan, aye; Slaymaker, Stoner, aye. Mayor Potter declared Resolution No. 1990-3 duly passed and adopted. Motion Morgan second Slaymaker to adjourn at 6:35 p.m. GLENN R. POTTER, MAYOR ADELIA S. KERN, CLERK-TREASURER
