Motion Ryan, second Gericke to approve a Public Hearing for Joe Johnston on May 3, 2000, 6:30 p.m. at the Tiffin Fire Station on replatting request with Tiffin Planning and Zoning Commission.. Ayes: Gericke, Bartels, Ryan, and Dils. Absent: Walls. Nays: None. Motion carried. Motion Gericke, second Ryan to hold a Public Hearing on May 10, 2000 6:30 p.m. at the Tiffin Fire Station to consider a Rolling Hills Subdivision Plat submitted by C&L, Ed Cole and Tom Lawrence and to consider an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance allowing 2.5 Zoning. Ayes: Bartels, Dils, Ryan and Gericke. Absent: Walls, Nays: None. Motion carried. Clean Up Day will be held Saturday, May 6, 2000, Johnson County will be accepting tires from residences. Motion Bartels, second Gericke to add a computer and generator building to SRF 1999 Wastewater project, cost not to exceed $2,000.00. Ayes: Gericke, Dils, Ryan and Bartels. Absent: Walls. Nays: None. Motion carried. Melvin Reeve will look into motor grader costs. Proposal from Water and Soil Conservation was received by city officials.
