CITY ORDINANCE NO. 185 AND NO. 252, and moved that it be given its second reading and third reading by title only and that the rule requiring two or more readings and reading on two separate dates be dispense and waived, second by Bartels. Ayes: Bartels, Shaffer, Gericke, and Dils. Nays: None. Absent: None. Four members of the council being present and having voted “Aye” Mayor Glenn R. Potter declared the motion carried, and Ordinance No. 2002-256 AN ORDINANCE REPLACING THE FLOOD PLAIN MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IA; AMENDING MAP DATE TO 8-20-2002 WITH REVISION #19103CIIDO, 19103C0060d, 19103c0066d, 19103C0070D AMENDING CITY ORDINANCE NO. 185 AND NO. 252, was read the second and third time by title only and was placed upon file. Four members of the council being present and having voted “Aye”, Mayor Glenn R. Potter declared the motion carried, and Ordinance No. 2002-256 AN ORDINANCE REPLACING THE FLOOD PLAIN MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IA; AMENDING MAP DATE TO 8-20-2002 WITH REVISION #19103CIIDO, 19103C0060d, 19103c0066d, 19103C0070D AMENDING CITY ORDINANCE NO. 185 AND NO. 252 was then placed on its last reading and was read the last time. Four members of the council being present and having voted “aye” Mayor Glen R. Potter declared the motion carried and ORDINANCE NO. 2002-256 AN ORDINANCE REPLACING THE FLOOD PLAIN MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IA; AMENDING MAP DATE TO 8-20-2002 WITH REVISION #19103CIIDO, 19103C0060d, 19103c0066d, 19103C0070D AMENDING CITY ORDINANCE NO. 185 AND NO. 2002-252 was read the last time. Thereupon it was moved by councilperson Dils and seconded by Councilperson Bartels that Ordinance No. 2002-256 AN ORDINANCE REPLACING THE FLOOD PLAIN MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IA; AMENDING MAP DATE TO 8-20-2002 WITH REVISION #19103CIIDO, 19103C0060d, 19103c0066d, 19103C0070D AMENDING CITY ORDINANCE NO. 185 AND NO. 2002-252 be placed upon its final passage and adopted. Ayes: Shaffer, Bartels, Dils and Gericke. Nays: None. Absent: Walls. Four members of the council being present and having voted “Aye”, Mayor Glenn R. Potter declared the motion carried, and the ordinance was passed and adopted. Whereupon the mayor declared the Ordinance no. 2002-256 AN ORDINANCE REPLACING THE FLOOD PLAIN MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IA; AMENDING MAP DATE TO 8-20-2002 WITH REVISION #19103CIIDO, 19103C0060d, 19103c0066d, 19103C0070D AMENDING CITY ORDINANCE NO. 185 AND NO. 2002-252 be adopted and signified his approval of same by fixing his signature thereto. Pass by the council on the 14th day of August 2002 and approved by the mayor on the 14th day of August 2002.
