Tiffin City Council December 13, 2006 13th On the day of December, 2006 at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council;' Tiffin, Iowa. Councilperson Wright introduced ORDINANCE NO. 2006- 284 FLOOD\, ORDINANCE AMENDMENT REPLACING THE " FLOOD PLAIN MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE',' OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IOWA; AMENDING MAP NOTED IN ORDINANCE NO. 2002- 256, ORDINANCE NO. 185 AND ORDINANCE NO. 252 AND ADOPTING THE FLOOD INSURANCE RATE MAP ( FIRM) PANELS 154, 158, 159, 160,- 166, AND 167 PREPARED AND DATED February 16, 2007 AND DECLARED TO BE THE OFFICIAL FLOOD PLAIN ZONING MAP, and moved that it be given it second and third reading by title only, and that the rules requiring second and third reading and reading on three different dates be dispensed and that the Or be read the second and third time by title only. The motion was seconded by Councilmember Bartels. Ayes: Bartels, Dils, Demuth, Petersen and Wright. Nays: None. Absent: None. Motion carried. Five members of the Tiffin City Council being present and having voted" Aye", Mayor Glenn R` Potter declared the motion carried and ORDINANCE NO. 2006- 284 FLOOD ORDINANCE AMENDMENT REPLACING THE" FLOOD PLAIN MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE" OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IOWA; AMENDING MAP NOTED IN ORDINANCE NO. 2002- 256, ORDINANCE NO. 185 AND ORDINANCE NO. 252 AND ADOPTING THE FLOOD INSURANCE RATE MAP ( FIRM) PANELS , 154, 158, 159, 160, 166, AND 167 PREPARED AND DATED February 16, 2007 AND DECLARED TO BE THE OFFICIAL FLOOD PLAIN ZONING MAP, was read the second and third time by title only, discussed and placed on record.
