Tiffin Planning and Zoning Commission June 6, 2007 Weeds and debris reported in Wehrle lots in Timber Ridge Subdivision. Hart will speak with owner. Hart reported that the school is working on Hwy 6 access plans, and that' IDOT has approved a conceptual plan for Ireland Avenue and its intersection with Hwy 6. Hart will be working with Alliant and Steve' s Electric for Stephan' s Street flasher. Changing the PAD section of the Zoning Ordinance was considered. Berner explained that Attorney Stephen Greenleaf had advised that the Planning and Zoning could require that all PAD requests follow all requirements of any zoning, and that a request note what alterations were being presented in a request, and explain the reasons for the desired alterations to normal requirements. Members thought this was a good suggestion as it , would provide greater ease in providing review of the alteralions included in any given PAD request. Members agreed this should be implemented with requests. Motion Surine, second Berner to approve the minutes for the Planning and Zoning Commission. Ayes: Berner, Surine, and Colvin. Abstain: Reeve.
