Mayor' s Report — Pinnacle Ridge received the quick claim deed and will proceed. 1. City Council Reports — Al Havens went to the Watershed meeting but nothing to report. Jo Kahler —discussion with the County about the trail to connect. 2. Director of Public Work' s Report — Nothing. 3. Building Official Report — Landscaping regulations there is language that gives the City rights to ask for additional screening. 4. City Engineer' s Report — Jay Anderson — Closing Roberts Ferry Tuesday — Thursday to finish Highway 6. 5. City Attorney' s Report —Nothing to report. 6.
