TIFFIN CITY COUNCIL COMMUNICATION

AGENDA ITEM: Discussion and Consideration of Donating Previous TiffinFest Funds to TiffFun Creek Fest for the Start of a New Annual Tiffin Event and Council Action as Needed
ACTION: Motion
SYNOPSIS: Attached is the required information from the Secretary of State’s office approving TifFun’s non-profit status. This was the information requested by the council when their group presented at the September 6th meeting. Per the council’s request, I think the remaining funds from TiffinFest can now be given to the new entity.
Also attached is the new logo design for the event.
