Whereupon the Mayor declared that Ordinance No. 2016-391 be adopted and signified his approval of same by fixing his signature thereto. Passed by the Council on the 1st day of November 2016 and approved by the Mayor on the 2nd day of November 2016. CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA: By: ________________________________ STEVE BERNER, Mayor ATTEST: ______________________________ DOUG BOLDT, City Administrator/Clerk I, Doug Boldt, City Administrator/Clerk of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, state that an ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 2014-363, WHICH AMENDED THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, TO APPROVE A PLANNED AREA DEVELOPMENT DESIGNATION, WITH UNDERLYING ZONING DISTRICT R-1E, FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS PARK RIDGE SUBDIVISION, TIFFIN, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA, AND AS LEGALLY DESCRIBED HEREIN and known as No. 2016 -391 was duly passed by the Council on the 1st day of November 2016, and signed by the Mayor on the 2nd day of November 2016, and published on the 3rd day of November 2016, by posting copies thereof in three public places within the limits of the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
