3. Director of Public Work' s Report— Tiles are being installed on the splash pad and hopefully opening next week. 4. Building Official Report— Building permits keep being submitted. 5. City Engineer' s Report— Tiffin Heights East will be paving in the next few weeks. We are waiting on Metro' s response. 6. City Attorney' s Report— Roberts Ferry Road— next meeting might started condemnation process since agreements cannot be reached. 7. City Administrator' s Report— Email from State DOT discussing grade crossing surface processing which uses 60% of state funds to help, but is a seven year waiting list. Woodruff Construction will be ready to give drawings for the City Hall Expansion. N. Adiournment Motion to adjourn by Ryan. Second by Kahler.
