Discussion onwhen Tiffin needs tobegin entertaining starting it’sown Police Department. Currently contracting with Johnson County Sheriff isstillthebest option. Leut Brian Adolph – provided CityAdministrator with data with traffic counts and stops onthe problem streets that cause the most complaints. Noother public present. E.
