The meeting was called to order by Mayor O'Toole.
Present: Bill Verry, Ted Spivey, Glenn Potter, Wayne Stratton
Absent: Bob Svatos
The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
Old Business:
Sewer. Glenn said he had been approached by a representative of Red Ball Engineering, who are surveying for a retired persons' trailer court on the Sentman property. He asked if the town would have any objections to their running a main line to the town lagoon. There were no objections voiced. The Mayor presented enlarged photographs of the County plat book, from which we will make up assessments rolls. Bill Nicholas of Powers & Associates informed the Mayor that it will be necessary to obtain easements, 20 feet wide, for the main sewer, as follows: (1) To the lagoon from town; along fence line on Rogers, Shertz, or Flansburg properties. (2) Through K. Ingham property. Also, a check will be made to see if Marion Evans has a deed from the town for property on Railroad Street right-of-way, since the plat book indicates said property belongs to the town.
Bill moved, Glenn seconded the motion that Edwin Kron be paid the sum of $10.00 in appreciate for his work in supplying prints of the town plat. Carried.
