Tucker (legal fees) $616.92 Bill Verry moved, Bill Bream seconded the motion to approve Pledge Order to be made out to Glenn Construction Company to the amount recommended by the engineering firm. Carried. Bill Verry moved, Wayne seconded the motion to release Pledge Order to the amount of $7,908.45, covering the time and materials billing from January 30, 1964 to July 30, 1964 submitted by Powers & Associates.
