Mr. Koch also said the Council should start collecting the balance of the water deposit money as soon as possible after the summary gets clearance. This money will be in a separate account and will be used to establish the initial operation and maintenance account and an initial reserve account. The question was brought up if the school would be hooked up by August 27. Mr. Reed said this would be done because the well by the Fire Station could be put in operation soon and the lines run to the school. Mr. Koch was asked if the Town could issue warrants to put the well in operation now and if the FHA would pick them up later since these costs were already figured in the bids. He said this would be done. Ned Allen made the motion to adjourn the meeting until Thursday July 24 at 7:30 P.M. Glenn Potter seconded the motion. All in favor by a roll call vote. At this time Mr. Reed will have analyzed the bids further and will report on his findings. Kandy Kobold Kandy Kobold Town Clerk
