Allow City Council Member access to City Hall including Printing Services so to Research and stay on top of Public Policy, Goals and Initiatives 18. More Communication in general – Status Reports and Budget Quarterly Reviews 19. Don’t Personally attack a member of the Council because of a Disagreement on an Issue 20. Increase Access to Information and Communication and Foster an Environment that encourages debate to assist Decision Making 21. Emphasize Courtesy, Respect, Positive Conflict Resolution and Professionalism when interacting with each other and the Public
