Updates to Owner’s electronic Geographic Information System (GIS) to reflect changes from project. 15. Coordinate sub-surface investigations. 16. Wetland Investigation. 17. Floodplain or floodway investigation in more detail than information provided by Iowa DNR, flood study, work related to no-rise certificate 18. Environmental and Historical Review. 19. Archeological Studies. 20. Geotechnical Services. 21. Plat of survey. 22. Bidding services (to be contracted with Construction Related Services). 23. Construction Services (to be contracted separately). OWNER’S RESPONSIBILITIES  Owner is responsible for accuracy and completeness of the information provided to MSA.  Owner will provide MSA with full information as to Owner’s requirements for the project.  Owner will provide timely response to questions in order to meet deadlines for agreed- upon construction schedule.  Owner shall contract directly with Municipal Advisor and Bond Counsel for project- related services  Owner shall contract directly for Geotechnical services such as soil borings, if deemed necessary  Pay Permit Fees for permits listed in the Permitting section.
