The States – Anderson Addition OPD No further comments. Daytona Estates OPD No further comments. UNDER CONSTRUCTION Hawk Wash Construction has begun on the site. AWAITING RESUBMISSION Hwy 6 & Kimberlite Street Reconstruction Plans Comments have been sent to developer, awaiting resubmittal. Prairie Village Commercial Part 1, Lot 2 Comments have been sent to developer, awaiting resubmittal. Tiffin Heights West Latest plans and traffic impact analysis along Hwy 6 have been reviewed and comments have been sent back to developer. Original Town Tiffin – Phase 3 Plan set has been reviewed and comments sent back to Engineer of Record. Awaiting resubmittal of plans after revisions have been made. Village Drive Extension & Platting Plans were reviewed and no further comments. Comments on preliminary plat have been sent to developer, awaiting resubmittal.
