UNDER CONSTRUCTION Development Name Description Hawk Wash Site is under construction. Owner has been notified of need to stabilize site & provide erosion control. Detention basin has been seeded, bottom is showing signs of some erosion and will need regrading prior to approval/acceptance. Kimberlite Street Sout Site may need to be reseeded in the fall. Otherwise construction is completed. Tiffin Heights West IDOT Utility Extension – MSA is performing onsite observations for this project. Water Along Hwy 6 from Deer View to Half Moon main is complete pending testing. Sanitary sewer to begin Ave next.
