Rarick Trust, by and through the undersigned counsel, and in support of their Joint Dismissal with Prejudice state to the Court as follows: City of Tiffin, City of Coralville, and Ruth E. Rarick Trust have reached a settlement that resolves all matters in dispute between the parties in this case. City of Tiffin, City of Coralville, and Ruth E. Rarick Trust therefore voluntarily dismisses all claims in the above-captioned cases with prejudice pursuant to Iowa Rule of Civil Procedure 1.943.
