Discussion: Dave Yansky, 121 W 2nd St, present to discuss the Original Town Phase Two Assessment and object to the amount due to the lack of driveway at the property. Dick Huff, 355 Oriole Ct, had questions regarding a potential Recreation Center and the Public Library. E.
