A. Regular Session - Call to Order – 7:00 PM B. Roll Call The City of Tiffin City Council held a regular session Tuesday, May 18, 2021, at the City Hall Council Chambers. Mayor Berner called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Upon roll being called the following members were present: Jim Bartels, Eric Schnedler, Chris Olney and Al Havens. Absent: Skylar Limkemann. Others present City Administrator Doug Boldt, City Clerk Abigail Hora and Building Official Brian Shay. C. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion to approve agenda by Bartels. Second by Havens. All ayes, agenda approved. D. Communications and Reports 1. Resolution 2021-035 – A Resolution Setting the Date of June 1, 2021, for a Public Hearing Regarding the Disposition of Auditors Parcel 2012041, a Portion of Lot 48, Timber Ridge View – Phase Two. Motion to approve Resolution 2021-035 – A Resolution Setting the Date of June 1, 2021, for a Public Hearing Regarding the Disposition of Auditors Parcel 2012041, a Portion of Lot 48, Timber Ridge View – Phase Two by Schnedler. Second by Bartels. Roll Call: Olney, Bartels, Schnedler, Havens. All ayes, motion carried. 2. Resolution 2021-036 – A Resolution Setting the Date of June 15, 2021, for a Public Hearing for the Annexation of Certain Property to the City of Tiffin, Iowa. Motion to approve Resolution 2021-036 – A Resolution Setting the Date of June 15, 2021, for a Public Hearing for the Annexation of Certain Property to the City of Tiffin, Iowa by Havens.
