RESOLUTION NO. 2024-037 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION FOR THE KIMBERLITE STREET – SOUTH IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT Whereas, the walk-through and the creation of a punchlist has resulted in the substantial completion of the Kimberlite Street – South Improvements Project, and; Whereas, Highway 6 turning into the City Park onto Kimberlite Street and continuing through the City Park is now open to the public, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve the substantial completion for the Kimberlite Street – South Improvements Project. On the 18th day of June, 2024, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson _____ introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2024-037, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION FOR THE KIMBERLITE STREET – SOUTH IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson _____. Ayes: Nays: Absent: Whereupon _____ Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Kasparek declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2024-037, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION FOR THE KIMBERLITE STREET – SOUTH IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
