UNDER CONSTRUCTION Development Name Description Hawk Wash Site is under construction. Owner has been notified of need to stabilize site & provide erosion control. Detention basin has been seeded, bottom is showing signs of some erosion and will need regrading prior to approval/acceptance. Kimberlite Street Sout MSA is preforming onsite observations and construction administration services for this project. Road is open to public. Substantial completion has been completed. Once punchlist items are complete, final completion will be issued. Tiffin Heights West IDOT Utility Extension – MSA is performing onsite observations for this project. Water Along Hwy 6 from Deer View to Half Moon main is currently under construction with sanitary sewer to Ave begin soon.
