Consideration of Pay Estimate #2 – All American Concrete, Kimberlite South – Improvements Project – Motion to Approve by Havens. Second by Orris. All ayes, motion carried. 3. Discussion and Consideration to Advertise for a Public Works Maintenance Worker Position and Council Action as Needed by Olney. Second by Schnedler. All ayes, motion carried. L. Mayor’s Report – Discussion: Mayor Kasparek noted 25-30 hours have been given to the attention of the structure of the Fire Department. We are on the edge of needing structural change but need to work on the culture first. No changes will be made at this time. Next review of the subject will be July 1, 2025. Another meeting with himself, Fire Chief Hill, Fire Marshal Erb and City Administrator Boldt to discuss the leadership perspective and how to help. 2. City Council Reports – Nothing to report. 3. Director of Public Work’s Report – Nothing to report. 4. Building Official’s Report – Nothing to report. 5. Water/Wastewater Superintendent’s Report – Nothing to report. 6. Recreation Director’s Report – Nothing to report. 7. Fire Chief’s Report– Discussion: There were 3 calls yesterday at the same time. Year to date total is 282. 8. City Engineer’s Report – In the packet. 9. City Attorney’s Report – Discussion: Reviewing pages for discovery. 10. City Administrator’s Report – Discussion: City Administrator Boldt notified council of the Public Information meeting next week for the North Park Road Project. N.
