Roll Call The City of Tiffin City Council held a work session Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at the City Hall Council Chamber. Mayor Kasparek called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. Upon roll being called the following members were present: Eric Schnedler, Al Havens, Chris Olney, Tim Orris. Skylar Limkemann arrived at 6:03 PM. Others present City Administrator Doug Boldt and Deputy City Clerk Brianna Wilkerson. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion to approve agenda by Olney. Second by Schnedler. All ayes, agenda approved. C. Discussion and Review of City Logo Redesign and Motto Discussion: Before ordering items with the new logo, have it approved by the City Administrator first. Want to ensure we are following the guidelines provided to us. D. Questions from Council Members regarding items on the Regular City Council Agenda or Reports Discussion: City Administrator Boldt explained I-3 & I-4. I-3 is setting a Public Hearing to enter into a Developers Agreement with Clear Creek Dog Resort with a TIF rebate not to exceed $90,000. I-4 is amending the boundaries of the 2017 Park Place Commercial Urban Renewal Area to include The Baltic project and Aster buildings 4 and 5. E. Other Business F.
