A. Regular Session - Call to Order – 7:00 PM B. Roll Call The City of Tiffin City Council held a regular session Tuesday, August 6, 2024, at the City Hall Council Chambers. Mayor Pro-Tem Tim Orris called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Upon roll being called the following members were present: Tim Orris, Eric Schnedler, Skylar Limkemann, Al Havens, Chris Olney. Others present City Administrator Doug Boldt and Deputy City Clerk Brianna Wilkerson and Mayor Tim Kasparek via Microsoft Teams. C. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion to approve agenda by Olney. Second by Schnedler. All ayes, agenda approved. D. Communications and Reports 1. Unscheduled This is an opportunity for those wishing to address the City Council on an item NOT on the agenda. Public Hearing on the Approval of a Development Agreement with Park 8, LLC, and certain Incremental Property Tax Revenue Payments Pledged therein a. Close Public Hearing and Proceed to I-1 Motion to open Public Hearing on the Approval of a Development Agreement with Park 8, LLC, and certain Incremental Property Tax Revenue Payments Pledged therein by Olney. Second by Limkemann. Roll Call: Limkemann, Havens, Olney, Orris, Schnedler. Discussion: Nothing received at City Hall. Motion to close Public Hearing on the Approval of a Development Agreement with Park 8, LLC, and certain Incremental Property Tax Revenue Payments Pledged therein by Limkemann. Second by Schnedler. Roll Call: Havens, Olney, Orris, Schnedler, Limkemann. All ayes, motion carried. 2. Ordinance No. 2024-514 – An Ordinance Rezoning Lot 7 and Outlot B of Andersen Addition – Part Two, The States, Tiffin, Iowa, from Residential Multi-family (R-12) to a Planned Development Overlay Site District/Residential Multi-family (R-12/OPD) for Lot 7 and Outlot B of Andersen Addition – Part Two, The States, Tiffin, Iowa City Council Agenda Page 2 of 6
