Box 259 Tiffin, Iowa 52340 [email protected] 612/206-4342 WORK TO INCLUDE – PER BALL DIAMOND: 1) Design and build 2 youth fields 2) 10’ high backstop, 20’ wide, with 10’ wings, galvanized fence 3) 4’ high, 60’ long galvanized fence down both side lines 4) 60’and 70’ bases and anchors, 1st base double safety base, provide and install 5) 21’ steel player bench for each dugout 6) Ball diamond lime material from Robins and hauling of material 7) Cut out sod, removals, and grade infield area for ball lime material 8) Place and grade ball lime 9) Survey and lay out of fields CONDITIONS: 1) No foul poles included. 2) Final bill will be based on actual work completed. 3) Prices are subject to change due to material, freight, and fuel cost increases. This is an estimate ONLY. 4) No outfield work to be done. Infields will be cut into existing area with minimal disturbance to existing area. 5) No outfield fences included, complete sideline fences, or around dugouts. 6) Owner to get any and all permits required and locate all private underground utilities. 7) Concrete under benches by Owner. 8) No dugout fence or structure included.
