A subdivision on the north side of town platted in April 1972 with an agreement on the improvements the developers would complete; the 1980 minutes call it Sadler Addition (final acceptance of its street extension and cul-de-sac deferred for the city engineer's inspection, September 1980). The council then decided lot by lot: building permits (Louis Voparil's 8-plex on lots 8 and 9, 1980), rezonings of lots 1–5 and 11 from single-family to multi-family (granted in part, 1981–1982; denied for lot 3 in 1985), further requests in 1988 and the zoning of lot 3 to R-3 (Ordinance 2001-244).
