Motion Petersen, second Wright to approve a sidewalk plan and have Engineer Hart prepare a sidewalk and trail map to include the following and make alteration to the Design Standards for approval by the city council,to the following:

Engineer Hart will add new sidewalk information as agreed during this meeting to Design Standards and approval is set for November agenda – Motion Dils, second Petersen to approve the contract for codification of the city ordinances with inclusion of an item that provides for copy of ordinances in electronic format for city files and that this may be used for reproduction for purpose of dissemination to the public and for city use in review and study of same
