AGENDA ITEM # K-4 AGENDA INFORMATION TIFFIN CITY COUNCIL COMMUNICATION DATE: July 31, 2025 AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of Pay Application #5 – Boomerang Corp, North Park Road Improvement Project – Motion to Approve ACTION: Motion Overview This report presents Pay Application #5 submitted by Boomerang Construction for work completed on the North Park Road project between June 22, 2025, and July 26, 2025. The application is currently under review and pending approval. Work Summary This pay application includes progress on several key items, including: • Continued excavation and grading work • Installation of water service stubs (1” and 2”) • Installation of 8” and 12” gate valves • Fire hydrant assembly installations No retainage or liquidated damages are being applied at this time. There are no adjustments or recoveries noted for this period. Recommendation Staff recommends approval of Pay Application #5 in the amount of $786,370.20 to Boomerang Construction for work completed on the North Park Road project.
