Resolution No. 2025-032 – A Resolution to Approving a Development Agreement with Park 3, LLC, and Authorizing Annual Appropriation Tax Increment Payments and Pledging Certain Tax Increment Revenues to the Payment of the Agreement. Motion to approve Resolution No. 2025-032 – A Resolution to Approving a Development Agreement with Park 3, LLC, and Authorizing Annual Appropriation Tax Increment Payments and Pledging Certain Tax Increment Revenues to the Payment of the Agreement by Havens.
