One full day (approximately 9 hours) of assessment center activities expected. REPORTS OVERVIEW Assessment Center reports will consist of the following: For the positions of Fire Chief, aggregate scoring is used to compare each candidate against an overall possible score, which produces a total score comparison for all candidates as well as a breakdown comparison of category scoring. GOALS 1. Provide a quantified listing of candidates for the position of Fire Chief. 2. Provide scoring dimensions based on candidate strengths and weaknesses as related to the ability to perform job functions associated with this position.
