The Blue Line Stream is located on the west side of N. Park Road, on the project from just South of Mopar Drive to HWY 6 in Tiffin, IA. Due to mass grading operations in and around the Blue Line Stream, the site has experienced significant erosion and sedimentation, and lacks soil stabilization.
