Pelling Company proposes to do the following: Grade existing stone lot next to existing asphalt in order to expand lot to the North. We will assess the base and add rock if needed. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. 1 3/4% Service Fee will be charged on all past due accounts (21% per annum). Any expense incurred to collect past due accounts, including attorney fees, will be reimbursed by owner.
