AGENDA ITEM # K-3 AGENDA INFORMATION TIFFIN CITY COUNCIL COMMUNICATION DATE: November 14, 2025 AGENDA ITEM: Discussion and Consideration of Pay Application #11 – Rathje Construction, Original Town ACTION: Approval Background The Original Town Urbanization – Phase 3 continues improvements to streets, utilities, and related infrastructure within the older town area. Pay Application No. 11 reflects work performed during October 2025, as reviewed and certified by the project engineer. The application shows 97% completion based on amounts earned relative to the revised contract value, and indicates the contractor remains on schedule. Hart-Frederick Consultants P.C. certifies that the quantities and work billed are accurate and performed in accordance with contract documents. Certification dated November 12, 2025. Recommendation Staff recommends approval of Pay Application No. 11 to Rathje Construction Co. in the amount of $52,924.97 for the Original Town Urbanization – Phase 3 project.
