RESOLUTION NO. 2025- 048 A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF MAY 20, 2025, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE FY 2024- 2025 BUDGET AMENDMENT Whereas, The City recognizes there should be a budget amendment to update the necessary revenues and expenses that have transpired in FY 2024- 2025 that were not originally planned; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve setting a public hearing date for May 20, 2025, for the Budget Amendment. On the 6th day of May, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Orris introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2025- 048,A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF MAY 20, 2025, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR THE FY 2024- 2025 BUDGET AMENDMENT and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Schnedler. Ayes: Olney, Schnedler, Limkemann, Havens, Orris. Nays: None. Absent: None, Whereupon five Council members were and voted approval and Mayor present Kasparek declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 048, 2025- A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF MAY 20, 2025, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR THE FY 2024- 2025 BUDGET AMENDMENT to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
