MINUTES OF MEETING TO APPROVE CONTRACT AND BONDS 436989-42 Tiffin, Iowa May 6, 2025 The City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, met at the Tiffin City Hall Council Chambers, Tiffin, Iowa, on May 6, 2025, at 7 o’clock p.m., pursuant to the rules of the Council. The meeting was called to order by the Mayor and the roll being called, there were present the following named Council Members: Present: Havens, Orris, Olney, Schnedler, Limkemann. Absent: None. After due consideration and discussion, Council Member Orris introduced and moved the adoption of the resolution next hereinafter set out, the same being a resolution approving an executed contract and performance and/or payment bonds for the Water Treatment Plant Upgrades Project. The motion was seconded by Council Member Olney and passed with record vote as follows: Ayes: Orris, Olney, Schnedler, Limkemann, Havens. Nays: None. Thereupon, the resolution was declared adopted, as follows:
