RESOLUTION NO. 2025- 043 S A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ENTERING INTO A DEVELOPER' AGREEMENT WITH 80/ 380 COMMERCE PARK LLC, TIFFIN, IOWA, FOR 801380 COMMERCE PARK ADDITION Whereas, Brain Engineering, Inc., on behalf of 80/ 380 Commerce Park, LLC, has filed with the City of Tiffin a preliminary plat for 380 80/ Commerce Park Addition, a subdivision to the City of Tiffin, Iowa, legally described on the attached Exhibit hereby incorporated; and, Whereas, Resolution 042 2025- was approved by City Council on April 15, 2025, approving the preliminary plat for said development; and, Whereas, the Developer' s Agreement will include any and all particulars to the approved preliminary plat for Tiffin West, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the Attorneys representing 80/ 380 Commerce Park, LLC, and the City of Tiffin have reviewed and have taken under consideration all requested revisions to be made by the City Council s Agreement and do of Tiffin. The City Council now having further reviewed the Developer' now approve the Agreement as printed and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to enter 380 Commerce Park, LLC, to fully execute the document. into an agreement with 80/ On the 15th day of April, 2025, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Orris introduced RESOLUTION 043, A RESOLUTION NO. 2025- AUTHORIZING THE ENTERING INTO A DEVELOPER' S AGREEMENT WITH 801380 COMMERCE PARK, LLC, TIFFIN, IOWA, FOR THE 80/ 380 COMMERCE PARK AD: ITION and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson. Schnedler. Ayes: Schnedler, Havens, Orris, Olney. Nays: None. Absent: Limkemann. Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Kasparek declared that RESOLUTION 043,A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE NO. 2025- ENTERING INTO A DEVELOPER' S AGREEMENT WITH 80/ 380 COMMERCE PAEK, LLC, TIFFIN, IOWA, FOR THE 80/ 380 COMMERCE PARK ADDITION to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
