Tiffin / 436989- 421 NHL Form of Notice of Hearing) NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE WATER TREATMENT PLANT UPGRADES PROJECT Notice Is Hereby Given: That at 7:00 p.m., at City Ha11, Tiffin, Iowa, on April 15, 2025, the City Council of the of City Tiffin, Iowa ( the " City")will hold a public hearing on the proposed plans and specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost ( the " Contract Documents") for the proposed Water Treatment Plant Upgrades Project ( the " Project"). The Project shall be constructed at located at 119 S. Brown Street, Tiffin, IA 52340, and shall include the following work: A new precast concrete RO Building with cast -in place foundation that is approximately x60' that will be used to house the new RO and chemical feed equipment. The project also 94' includes place concrete clearwell that will be approximately 100' a new cast -in - x60'. Other improvements include site piping, earthwork, concrete driveways and sidewalks, demolition, and other miscellaneous site improvements at the Water Plant site generally located at 119 S. Brown Street, Tiffin, IA 52340. A copy of the proposed Contract Documents is on file for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk. At said hearing any interested person may file written objections or present oral comments with respect to the subject matter of the hearing.
