Rarick Trust, by and through the undersigned counsel, and in support of their Joint Dismissal with Prejudice state to the Court as follows: City of Tiffin, City of Coralville, and Ruth E. Rarick Trust have reached a settlement that resolves all matters in dispute between the parties in this case. City of Tiffin, City of Coralville, and Ruth E.
