Kasparek declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2025-
THE 28E AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF NORTH LIBERTY, THE CITY OF
TIFFIN, THE CITY OF CORALVILLE, AND JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A ROUNDABOUT AT THE INTERSECTION OF
FOREVERGREEN ROAD AND JASPER AVENUE to be adopted and signified his
approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 21st day of January 2025.
