RESOLUTION NO. 2024- 025 A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF MAY 21, 2024, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE FY 2024 2023- BUDGET AMENDMENT Whereas, The City recognizes there should be a budget amendment to update the necessary revenues and expenses that have transpired in FY 2023- 2024 that were not originally planned; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve setting a public hearing date for May 21, 2024, for the Budget Amendment. On the 7th day of May, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Orris introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2024- 025,A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF MAY 21, 2024, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR THE FY 2023- 2024 BUDGET AMENDMENT and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Olney. Ayes: Schnedler, Olney, Havens, Orris, Limkemann Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Kasparek declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2024- 025,A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF MAY 21, 2024, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR THE FY 2023- 2024 BUDGET AMENDMENT to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
