Tiffin / 436989- 43 / & Auth Prelevy GO CP Hrg MINUTES TO HOLD HEARING ON LOAN AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZE PRELEVY 43 436989- Tiffin, Iowa February 20, 2024 The City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, met on February 20,2024, at 7: m.at the 00 p. City Hall Council Chambers, Tiffin, Iowa The meeting was called to order by the Mayor, and the roll being called, the following named Council Members were present and absent: Present: Havens, Orris, Olney, Schnedler, Limkemann. Absent: None. This being the time and place specified for taking action on the proposal to enter into a General Obligation Loan Agreement, as defined in the attached resolution, in a principal amount not to exceed $ 3, 000,the City Clerk announced 750, that no written objections had been placed on file. Whereupon, the Mayor called for any written or oral objections, and there being none, the Mayor closed the public hearing. After due consideration and discussion, Council Member Olney introduced the resolution next hereinafter by Council Member Orris. The Mayor set out and moved its adoption, seconded put the question upon the adoption of said resolution, and the roll being called, the following Council Members voted: Ayes: Olney, Schnedler, Limkemann, Havens, Orris.
