Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2023- 011,A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF MARCH 7, 2023, FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COSTS, AND AUTHORIZING PUBLICATION OF NOTICES FOR THE POTTER CREEK INTERCEPTOR SEWER PROJECT AND OPENING OF BIDS ON MARCH 2, 2023, to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
