RESOLUTION NO. 2022-024 A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF MARCH 15, 2022, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE LOT 10, ANDERSEN ADDITION FROM R-4 TO R-4/OPD, IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA Whereas, The City recognizes a request from Platinum Custom Homes, Inc., to rezone Lot 10, Andersen Addition from R-4 (Multi-Family, 3 or 4 Plex) to R-4/OPD (Multi-Family/OPD) in Tiffin, Iowa, and, Whereas, the exhibit of the property is attached to this resolution; and, Whereas, the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval of the rezoning on a 5-0 vote at its February 16, 2022, meeting. Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to set the date of public hearing for March 15, 2022, to discuss the rezoning of a Lot 10, Andersen Addition. On the 1st day of March, 2022, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Havens introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2022-024, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF MARCH 15, 2022, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE LOT 10, ANDERSEN ADDITION FROM R-4 TO R-4/OPD, IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Limkemann. Ayes: Olney, Limkemann, Schnedler, Havens, Orris. Nays: None. Absent: None. Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2022-024, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF MARCH 15, 2022, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE LOT 10, ANDERSEN ADDITION FROM R-4 TO R-4/OPD, IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
