RESOLUTION NO. 2022-001 A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF JANUARY 18, 2022, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE A PORTION OF LOT 1, GRACEHILL ESTATES FROM R-1A TO R-2/OPD – PINNACLE RIDGE, IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA Whereas, The City recognizes a request from Clear Creek Custom Builders LLC, to rezone a portion of Lot 1, Gracehill Estates – Pinnacle Ridge, from R-1A (Single-Family) to R-2/OPD (Two-Family/OPD) in Tiffin, Iowa, and, Whereas, the rezoning exhibit of the property is attached to this resolution; and, Whereas, the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval of the rezoning on a 5-0 vote at its December 20, 2021 meeting. Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to set the date of public hearing for January 18, 2022, to discuss the rezoning of a portion of Lot 1, Gracehill Estates. On the 4th day of January, 2022, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Schnedler introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2022-001, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF JANUARY 18, 2022, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE A PORTION OF LOT 1, GRACEHILL ESTATES FROM R-1A TO R-2/OPD – PINNACLE RIDGE, IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Havens. Ayes: Orris, Limkemann, Olney, Schnedler, Havens. Nays: None. Absent: None. Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2022-001, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF JANUARY 18, 2022, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE A PORTION OF LOT 1, GRACEHILL ESTATES FROM R-1A TO R-2/OPD – PINNACLE RIDGE, IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
