RESOLUTION NO. 2021-027 A RESOLUTION TO RELEASE THE REQUIREMENTS OF LOTS 22 AND 23 OF WOODFIELD RIDGE PART SIX WHEREAS, On September 19, 2017, the City Council approved the second amendment to the developer's agreement for Woodfield Ridge part six; and, WHEREAS, one of the requirements of the amendment was to not allow curb cuts or driveway access onto Croell Avenue from Lots 22 and 23; and, WHEREAS, the alternate access of the two lots onto Ironwood Lane has been determined to be unattainable by building setback requirements and current elevations, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, to hereby release the requirements of Lots 22 and 23 of Woodfield Ridge Part Six as specified in the Second Amendment to Developer's Agreement Woodfield Ridge – Part Six. On the 6th day of April, 2021, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Limkemann introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2021-027, A RESOLUTION TO RELEASE THE REQUIREMENTS OF LOTS 22 AND 23 OF WOODFIELD RIDGE PART SIX and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Bartels. Ayes: Limkemann, Schnedler, Olney, Havens, Bartels Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2021-027, A RESOLUTION TO RELEASE THE REQUIREMENTS OF LOTS 22 AND 23 OF WOODFIELD RIDGE PART SIX to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
