RESOLUTION NO. 2021-025 A RESOLUTION FOR FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE ROUNDABOUT GATEWAY SIGNAGE PROJECT, TIFFIN, IOWA – CONTRACTOR – NOLAN’S LAWN CARE LLC WHEREAS, On March 30, 2021, the Project Engineer states the Project construction was completed in general accordance with the approved Plans and Specifications on file with the City of Tiffin, Iowa and placed into operation and recommends Final Payment be made to the Contractor. WHEREAS, the Roundabout Gateway Signage Project is complete and acceptable to the City of Tiffin. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the Roundabout Gateway Signage Project is complete and acceptable to the City of Tiffin and final payment shall be made to the Contractor. On the 6th day of April, 2021, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Havens introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2021-025, A RESOLUTION FOR FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE ROUNDABOUT GATEWAY SIGNAGE PROJECT, TIFFIN, IOWA – CONTRACTOR – NOLAN’S LAWN CARE LLC and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Limkemann. Ayes: Olney, Havens, Bartels, Limkemann, Schnedler Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2021-025, A RESOLUTION FOR FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE ROUNDABOUT GATEWAY SIGNAGE PROJECT, TIFFIN, IOWA – CONTRACTOR – NOLAN’S LAWN CARE LLC to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
