Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2020-078, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATES FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST, OPENING OF BIDS AND AUTHORIZING PUBLICATION OF NOTICES FOR THE 2020 TIFFIN ROUNDABOUT GATEWAY PROJECT to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
