STATE OF IOWA JOHNSON COUNTY SS: CITY OF TIFFIN I, the undersigned, City Clerk of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, certify that in such capacity I have control and access to the corporate records of such City, and from examination of such records and based upon advice received from the Project Engineers and Attorney for the City, I hereby certify that title to the land upon which the Original Town Urbanization Project: Phase Two is to be constructed is vested in the City, and that all such improvements and the streets upon which they are to be constructed are wholly within the corporate limits of the City.
